When is the Event?
Friday, January 24
Please arrive between 6:30 PM and 6:50 PM (the Beat the Bomb activity will start promptly at 7 PM)
Please complete the waiver for each particpant before Jan 21 (https://btbcharlotte.ddns.net/#/100118355)
The duration of Beat the Bomb, Dinner and Game play will be approximately 3 hours
What are the Team Assignments for the Beat the Bomb mission?
There will be four teams consisting of four people for the Beat the Bomb activity. Each team will have approximately one hour to complete the mission. Teams were randomly assigned via the www.randomlists.com service. The winning team will get a prize in addition to bragging rights.

How much does the event cost and what is included?
The cost of the Beat the Bomb experience is $155 per person ($310 per couple), please send payment for the event by Jan 17
Cancellations are non refundable
Beat the Bomb - Paint Bomb Mission (7-8 PM):
- Games: Hack Attack, Laser Maze, Echo Chamber, Floor Grid, Cyberbot
Finger food dinner with open bar (8-9 PM):- Chips & Dips: Tortilla Chips, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Mexican Street Corn, Creamy Spinach Dip
- Crudites & Dips: Veggies & Pita, House Made Tzatziki & Hummus- House Salad: Romaine Lettuce, Artichokes, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Cheese, Bacon- Personal Pizzas: Cheese Pizza & Pepperoni Pizza- Crispy Chicken Sandwiches: - Chicken Cordon Ranch: Sliced Virginia Ham, Melted Muenster Cheese, Ranch- Spicy Classic: Crisp Dill Pickle, Spicy Chili Mayo- French Fries & Tots: Chili, Cheese, Salsa Verde, Bacon, Scallions, Honey Mustard, BBQ, Ranch, Blue CheeseMini Meatballs and Crispy Zucchini Fritters
Game Bay Play (9-10 PM):
-20 Mini game challenges to play
Gratuity for open bar, servers and event coordinator is included in the cost
Additional cocktails, beers and wine can be purchased separately after the open bar during the mini game slot

What is the suggested dress?
Casual active wear attire is suggested
You may get paint on your clothing
Will people be carpooling?
Carpooling is suggested, better for the envirnoment, better for parking.
